Friends & traveling companions:

Seahorse can comfortably accommodate four adults in the master
suites and a fifth adult/child on the full sized twin ottoman sleeper.  
We are located on a steep ocean bluff, so small children and dogs
would need to be monitored for their safety.

Speaking of pets. . .  We love all dogs, but can only welcome the
smaller and very best behaved ones. (A maximum of two, on
approval.)  Seahorse offers a fenced dog run with connecting dog
door & coverings for the furniture & beds (in case your canine child
doesn't realize he's a dog) But, when deciding whether or not to bring
"Fido", please bear in mind the hardwood flooring (which little toes
can scratch if they're not careful) and the light colored furnishings.  If
you're unsure, contact us with any questions.

            Rates & Other Details:

Seahorse is available for a two night minimum stay (three -
or four during some holiday periods).

Special pricing is available for stays of a week or more and
for our returning guests.  Contact us with your dates for a
price quote.

Rates include all taxes, fees and cleaning.  Our "all
inclusive rate is - exactly that - ALL inclusive.

Fully refundable deposit of $ 295. is required in advance.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of departures.

Two Day Range:  $595 - $750.
Extra day range: $200-$250. (Discounted for our returning
guests/referrals and extended stays.)
Dog fee: $
45. per K-9 child - two maximum, with prior
approval

1/2 of the total cost due at the time of booking, with
payment in full
(including the refundable security deposit)
no less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.


Please request a copy of our cancellation policy for review,
if your travel dates are uncertain, as no refunds are
available for cancellations made within 21 days prior to
your arrival date
except to the extent that we are able to
book a substitute guest.


Important!!!   Due to the limited availability and high
demand during the peak season ( July & August ) all fees
and deposits must be paid in full at the time of booking.  
Refunds are only available to the extent that a replacement
booking can be secured. (Which is the majority of the time -
but not guaranteed.) We're sorry if this causes any
inconvenience.
 For your added security, you may want to
consider a form of travel insurance, readily available on
line.
